Magistrate Rodney Brender committed Steven Dodds, 35, for sentence at the sittings due to begin in Albury on September 23 on a charge of sexual intercourse without consent.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Dodds also pleaded guilty to stalking.
A second sexual assault-related charge was withdrawn by the Director of Public Prosecutions when Dodds faced Albury Local Court this week, via a video link to jail.
