Now this weekend, the determined defender is set to ring in her 200th A-grade game with her new club Albury Tigers.
Ohlin made her A-grade debut with Wodonga Raiders, calling Birallee Park home for six years before making the shift to Wodonga Bulldogs, where she played for 12 years.
Now heading towards the end of her first season with Albury, Ohlin admits she's made many friendships in the league, three clubs and 200 games later.
"I've got some really good friends that play on opposition teams now," Ohlin said.
"It's nice to come off the court and have a chat to them, but obviously when you're on the court it's all business.
"Most of my life long friendships have come out of netball."
Ohlin's milestone game coincides with Albury's clash against this season's powerhouse side Corowa-Rutherglen on Saturday at Albury Sportsground.
Ohlin admits she's enjoying her first season at Tigerland.
"I'm loving it, the girls are great and Sarah (Moore) is awesome, it's very enjoyable," Ohlin said.
"Hopefully we get the win, but it's obviously going to be a tough game against Corowa.
"We've had a pretty unlucky run with injuries which is disappointing, but the girls that have stepped in have done really well.
"We're definitely hoping to scrape into the top five."
Looking back on her playing career, Ohlin recalls winning the 2015 A-grade premiership with Wodonga as a major highlight.
Being selected in the Ovens and Murray interleague squad and taking out the 2016 A-grade best and fairest with the Bulldogs also remain noteworthy achievements for the defender, who can still remember her first A-grade game.

"I remember, I think I lined up on Fiona Boyer, so I was pretty nervous because she was a gun," Ohlin said.
Ohlin credits her upcoming 200 game achievement to her determination, as well as possessing a love for the game.
"I love netball, if I didn't play on Saturday I don't know what else I'd do," Ohlin said.
"I'm definitely hoping to get a few more games.
"There's probably only a few years left of netball and then I'll probably have to retire.
"I'm hoping that my body will allow me to play more."
This weekend will also see a highly anticipated clash between reigning premiers Wangaratta Magpies and current ladder leaders Lavington at the Lavington Sports Oval.
