The sportswoman turned keynote speaker will share her story at the Commercial Club focusing on expelling the stereotypes surrounding disabled people.
"Accidents and disability don't discriminate; they choose beautiful people every day," Ms Liddell said.

Despite being told she wouldn't walk or reach her teenage years her parents began a rehabilitation program, which they invented themselves.
