Bandits youth league president Luke Smith said the awards signified good things to come for the club as they look to develop the Border's young talent.
"In our first year to take away four awards at the end of the season is really exciting," Smith said.
"At the end of the day we want to see as many locals as possible playing up in the senior NBL1 program."
While the competition is 22 and under, 14 was the average age in the youth women's side this season.
"Three or four years down the track the Bandits women's NBL1 program is looking really strong if they can continue to develop," Smith said.
"That's what this program is about, giving opportunities early on.
"Hopefully we continue to get stronger and become one of the forces in youth basketball as well as the NBL1 program."
