Loy landed a double at Albury last week and rode the first two winners at Berrigan as his return to the saddle gathers further momentum.
The talented hoop scored a long-shot victory aboard the Andrew Dale-trained Bazkir in the $8000 Maiden Hcp, (950m).

Bazkir started as a $15-chance and was first-up since May.
Loy completed the double after Flying Frog notched a dominant win in the $8000 Benchmark 50, Hcp (950m).
Trained by Russell Osborne, Flying Frog ($3.20-fav) justified his favourite tag with a two-length victory.
Tyler Schiller claimed the remaining three races on the five-race card to finish with the riding honours.
Schiller saluted aboard Periartie, Beaujeen and Koalabull.
Loy had three rides at Nowra on Sunday and finished runner-up aboard Moonshine Lady.
The hard-working hoop has seven rides at Wagga on Thursday with trainers supporting his comeback.
Meanwhile jockey Nick Heywood has been suspended for 10 months after testing positive to a banned substance.
Heywood tested positive at a Wagga meeting in July.
The Wagga based hoop pleaded guilty to the offence that a sample taken from him was found upon analysis to contain substances banned under AR136.
The positive sample was related to a diuretic after recent struggles with his weight.
