Acting chairman Colin Haynes confirmed the interim arrangements which include the engaging of a recruiting firm to identify O'Connor's permanent replacement.

Curtis previously worked for concrete company Holcim and Buller Wines locally.
"We are very lucky to have a guy like him who can step in with the knowledge he has of the club," Haynes said.
"The timing hasn't been great, but that is life when you employ people and they have done a gun job.
"You can't stand in their way.
"We have a very active committee who will all play a role."
Haynes said he expected the full-time position to be highly sought after with Curtis not ruling himself out of being a contender.
"Tom has taken the club to really high levels over the last four or five years," Haynes said.
"We're really comfortable with where we are sitting and we truly believe we will attract the right person to take the club to the next level.
"We're financially very strong and we've got a cup meeting going gang busters.
"Hopefully with things falling into place we will have 10,000 people here."
Wodonga has started preparations for its traditional Caulfield Cup meeting which leads into the cup on November 29.
"We've got a great team of people here and we just want to work hard towards the cup and take the right amount of time to find a suitable replacement for Tom," Curtis said.
"I just want to do the best for the club."
O'Connor will also resign shortly from his Ovens and Murray Football-Netball League board role.
He is a former league general manager after initially moving to the area in 2008 from the Australian Sports Commission in Canberra.
