Stewart Anstis and Elijah Shuker-Elliott tied for the top award at the AWFA club's presentation at Felltimber Community Centre on Saturday night.
The club combined its senior and reserve men's awards this year.
"We started off the season with two teams and by the end of it we barely had one, so most of the guys had to back up and play div one and div two unfortunately," Heart president and senior coach Mick Hughson said.
Reserve women's goalkeeper Laura Fota was named her side's standout player.
"We didn't have a div two ladies team and we managed to put one together this year and they made finals, which was a great thing for the club," Hughson said.

"We've got more teams this year than we've ever had, so it's been a good result regardless of the on field results."
Arguably the story of the season for Heart was its under-12 boys side, which became the first team in the club's history to reach a cup final.
Despite falling 3-1 to Cobram in the decider, the side certainly won a lot of respect for the huge progress it made.
"To actually make a cup final and go from over 200 goals scored against us last year to become the first team in the league to score 100 goals in under-12s this year. It's a massive turnaround," Hughson said.
"It just goes to show how far we've come with our under-12s, it's pretty much the same team that played last year and a lot of them were under-10s then.
"The majority of that team is actually under-11, so we're going to look even better next year.
"Anton Maas has done a massive amount of work with the kids, he's a great coach. He's taking on the under-11s next year for (AWFA) reps and he was doing a lot of work with Murray United this year as well."
Hughson hopes to continue on as president next season, but wants to pass on the coaching reins.
"I've got a lot of stuff that needs to be done at the club and with the extra pressure of trying to be a senior coach as well, it got a bit too much for me this year," he admitted.
"I had a fairly significant injury this year as well, luckily I don't require surgery, but it was a flag to say 'you probably need to look after yourself a bit better, you can't be doing everything'."
