Hockey has made a return to the elite pathway and will support athletes between 15 and 18 years to progress to the next level.
Douglas Agar has been appointed head coach for the Albury region, with weekly programs also running in Wagga and Griffith.
Combined squad sessions will be hosted once a month.

Southern Sports Academy CEO Mark Calverley is confident and excited for what lies in store.
"The coaching staff we have put in place this year will set the benchmark for years to come," he said.
"With so much experience and expertise, I believe we can quickly put in place our development plan that will serve our young players well in their journey along the pathway system."
Program trials will take place on Saturday at Wagga's Jubilee Park, with nominations open until Wednesday via ssa-nsw.org.au.
