Emergency services were called to the intersection of Skipton Court and Huons Hill Road, about 7.20pm on Sunday.
Two small sedans collided, leaving a woman in her 30s with upper body injuries.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said she was taken to Wodonga hospital in a stable condition.

Meanwhile a vehicle was gutted during a car fire near the Murray Valley Highway at the weekend.
Firefighters were called to the burning vehicle on Barnawartha Road, near the highway, about 11.40pm on Saturday.
The Toyota Rav4 was destroyed during the blaze.
The maroon vehicle appeared to have been parked in gravel on the side of the road before catching alight.
The cause of the blaze was unclear.
