Skye Burgess has been announced as club president, Elizabeth Panuccio as secretary and Nikki Roberts as treasurer, with all three also part of the senior women's team.
Burgess said it marked an exciting shift for the club, who were previously under the same committee as the club's juniors.
"It's a great sign moving forward," Burgess said.

"We've been lucky enough to have the junior boys board look after us for the last few years, which is obviously a big job for them.
"They've been really great in helping us set up a committee.
"The women's league is exciting in the way it's come up in the last few years and we're happy to be helping out."
After playing her first season with Raiders in the AFL NEB Female Football league, Burgess said she saw the competition build.
"From the start of the season to the end we saw such an improvement in the numbers turning up and the quality of play," Burgess said.
"It just stepped up so much in one season.
"We're pretty excited to see how it's going to move forward over the next couple of years."
Wodonga Raiders were defeated in this year's grand final by Thurgoona.
