It comes after her first season with the Border outfit in the NBL1 competition this year, where she averaged 17-points and eight rebounds a game.
Edwards has since gone on to join Adelaide Lighting for the 2020 WNBL season alongside Bandits' teammate Nat Hurst.
The Western Australian export also claimed runner up in the club's most valuable player award to Hurst this season.

Albury-Wodonga Bandits' president Steve Wright said it was fantastic to have Edwards on board with the club again.
"This was her first year in NBL1 and first year with us and I think she was probably even better than we had expected," Wright said.
"We knew that we were getting a good player when she signed, but she probably performed even better than we thought she would.
"To be runner up in our MVP and average 17-points and eight rebounds a game is a great season.
"Now she's had a full season of WNBL under her belt, she'll come back even better."
However, the side has said goodbye to their 2018 most valuable player Emilee Harmon who has moved to Melbourne for a full-time position with the Werribee Basketball Association.
The women's team is yet to sign any other players for the 2020 NBL1 season as they continue to look for a coach to replace outgoing coach Lauren Jackson.
