The proposal to create 92 new lots at Woolshed Estate will be voted on at a meeting on Monday.
The developer had proposed creating 96 new lots which was reduced after a redesign of the layout.

The proposal is the fourth and fifth stage of the Kerr Road development and would see 15 trees removed.
The fourth stage would see 40 lots created and include an extension of Woolshed Road, the partial completion of Rodeo Drive and Jackaroo Circuit, and the installation of drainage, including a detention basin.
The sites would range from 484 to 1230 square metres.
