Coming off the back of his maiden win at Sandown two weeks ago, Boys finished third on Saturday and produced a huge effort to win Sunday's 20 lap event.
With the Newcastle circuit punishing the slightest error, Boys didn't put a foot and was duly rewarded.
Starting Sunday's race from second on the grid alongside 2019 series winner Bryce Fulwood, Boys held second through the first few laps trailing Fulwood by less than a second.
The pressure paid off when on lap nine Fulwood locked a brake coming into the hairpin and ran wide with Boys slipping up the inside to take the lead.
In a mature display of precision driving Boys pulled away over the next 11 laps creating a three second gap, eventually taking the chequered flag two seconds clear.

"I wasn't driving within myself but I was making sure I wouldn't stuff up," Boys said.
"But with about four to go I thought I'll sort of back it off a bit and nearly hit the wall, I'm better off driving hard here.
"The car was so good, it was easy to knock off laps, so I wasn't willing on the chequered flag at the end because the car was so good to drive."
Boys has made an impression at Bathurst, Sandown and Newcastle, which all happen to be marquee events on the Supercars calendar.
Whilst not having anything locked down for 2020, Boys is in discussions with a number of teams about co-driving for their main series cars, as well as doing solo guest drives in the main series at selected events.
"Up until Bathurst we had had a terrible run and were just struggling with the whole thing, but since then it's been a huge turn around thanks to Terry and the guys at Image Racing," Boys said.
"This gives me a lot of confidence going into next year.
"Street circuits are not really my thing, so to come and win here at one of the tightest ones is awesome.
"I think next year will be a whole new ball game.
"I always felt that I could be a top five runner and maybe a race winner, but you never know until you do it."
Team owner Terry Wyhoon was impressed by his young charge's recent success.
"Jordan in these last couple of rounds has just turned things around," Whyhoon said.
"He's become comfortable in the car and it's what we've all been working for.
"It's a great feeling to see him succeed.
"I have spent a lot of time at racetracks and its just an absolute pleasure to be around Jordan and his family, and this is the icing on the cake."
