Bootleg Rascal are a Sydney-based band comprising of long-time collaborators and friends Carlos Lara and Jimmy Young.
The tour will feature emerging artists including A.GIRL, Alex Hosking, The Bambuseae Rhythm Section, Deadshowws, Drop Legs, Fresh Violet, Grace Grove, Liv Li, Muddy Wolfe, Nelipot, R.em.edy, Richysand, Saint Lane, Saint Spook, T$oko, Timi Temple and Venice Queens.
Young said the band was rolling the dice with a new touring format.
"This tour is a phenomena; we wanted to do something a bit different rather than the regular live music format," he said.
"We've been inspired by lots of different things like The Rolling Stones' Rock and Roll Circus - we have a bit of the theatrical elements - it's our own version of that."

Young said the duo have also curated some special entertainment to take place in between artist sets.
Titled Bobby Dazzler's Sideshow Alley, it will feature crowd participation games such as Pinger Piata, Wheel of Misfortune, Pin the Toupee on Trump and Nah Yeah or Yeah Nah.
"We're pushing the boundaries on what people are used to and making it more of an experience," Young said.
Since 2013, Bootleg Rascal have released a slew of singles, an EP and two albums.
