Wodonga product Zach Murray is one of the earlier starters at 7.45am, while Yarrawonga's Frazer Droop tees off from 12.50pm.
The national event boasts one of its strongest fields with a host of major winners, including 2013 US Masters champion Adam Scott, 2017 Masters winner Sergio Garcia and four-time major winner Ernie Els.
The sport is set for one of its biggest promotional blitzes in years, given the quality of the field for the $1.5 mil event at The Australian Golf Club in Sydney and the highly anticipated Presidents Cup, featuring Tiger Woods, the following week.
ALSO IN SPORT:
Murray, 22, missed the cut at last week's NSW Open, although he remains in second spot on the PGA Australia Order of Merit.
Leader Ryan Fox already has a European Tour card, so if the top two remains the same after the final two events, Murray will claim it.
