Jack McAullife was crowned the 18-hole aggregate scratch winner at the event which combines the best young talent from the North-Eastern District Golf Association and Murray District Golf Association.
This year's event started back in October and was played across six weekends at Corowa, Yarrawonga and Border Golf, Jubilee, Thurgoona and Howlong, before finishing at Yarrawonga's Black Bull Golf Club this month.

The final round was played in a nine-hole skins format, with around $450 in prizes up for grabs.
Darby West, of Jubilee Golf Club, was the 18-hole handicap winner.
The nine-hole aggregate scratch was taken out by Corowa Golf Club's Oliver Nelson, while Thurgoona's Campbell Woodward was the nine-hole handicap champion.
Thurgoona product Olivia Art was named the 2019 Rising Star, while the NEDGA and MDGA perpetual trophy was taken out by Beechworth golfer Jacob Howard.
Meanwhile, Howlong Golf Resort will stage its inaugural Golden Shoe Challenge on Saturday.
The format is a nine-hole medley stableford.
