Albury Wodonga Music Community Fire Relief Fundraiser will run for almost 10 hours across two stages at Victor Supper Club, formerly St Ives Hotel.
The 19 acts include bands, acoustic outfits and rap artists, all of them donating their time.
Organisers Dan Caulfield, Evan McMahon and Ryan Nicholson have been working on the bill for weeks since Dan first raised the idea.

Mr McMahon, Victor Supper Club entertainment manager, said the bands were keen to support the event.
"Once it was official, the bands jumped on board very quickly," he said.
Among the acts will be King Jeremy - Pearl Jam tribute band; Visioner; Mia Grace and the Aviators; Goliath; Duckpuppy; ELK; Toby Mobbs; Jack McDonald (Catnip Kaiser); and Chelsea Knight.
Money raised will go to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal.
Friday's event runs from 2.30pm to midnight. Tickets ($5) at the door.
