The city's outfits claimed the under 16, 15, 14 and 13s, with Cricket Albury-Wodonga taking out the 17s and under 12 (south).
Wagga grabbed the under 12 (north) competition.
CAW finished three points ahead of Wangaratta in the top age group, while Wangaratta Gold posted a convincing nine-point win over CAW Hume in the 16s.
In the lower age divisions, CAW (under 15), CAW (under 14), CAW Country (under 13), CAW Hume (under 12s - north) and CAW Stars (under 12s - south) finished runner-up.
Wangaratta Gold's win at under 14 level was the only competition decided on run rate (1.42 to 1.16).
Country Week was completed on Sunday after the original carnival was postponed due to the smoke haze from the bushfires early last month.
All teams played two T20 games.
At under 17 level, Wangaratta's Paddy McNamara retired on 30 in his total of 6-95, but CAW passed the target four wickets down.
CAW also dominated the afternoon game, compiling 9-112 before skittling the visitors for 60.
In the early under 16 matches, CAW Hume toppled Wangaratta Blue.
The visitors' Riley Forde top-scored with 24, with Hume's Josh McDonnell snaring 3-6.
Matt Hince (32) and Nick Madden (31) both retired at the cut-off point for the day in the total of 7-102, with Forde snaring 4-7.
Elsewhere, Wangaratta Gold's classy Waitai Tua retired at 33 as his team amassed 5-125.
CAW Country posted 82 with Riley Holland top-scoring with 24.
Gold's Tua was named batsman of the carnival, posting 165 runs, which included a century.
He struck a majestic 101 not out, from 132 balls, including 14 boundaries, against Wangaratta Blue.
CAW's under 14 Judah Hood claimed the top bowler award, with eight wickets at three apiece, while Wangaratta Blue's Angus Webb snared the player of the carnival with 171 runs and five wickets.

CAW officials deserve tremendous praise for completing the carnival, which took a power of work to bring all the teams together.
