The introduction of double-headers has been put on hold at least 12 months with the bushfires delaying new netball courts being built at Bullioh and Cudgewa.
However, league operations manager Gavin Rendell said clubs could opt to arrange double-headers amongst themselves.

"Double-headers haven't been factored into the draw this season," Rendell said.
"The new courts being built at Bullioh and Cudgewa have been delayed because of the bushfires and the Towong Shire is still going through the tender process.
"The funding for the courts has been approved but the completion date remains unknown.
"A few of the clubs remain interested in trialing a double-header which the league has no objection to.
"The draw will still comprise 15 rounds."
Rendell said the league had received an allocation of tickets for next Friday's AFL State of Origin for Bushfire Relief match at Marvel Stadium for Upper Murray residents interested in attending.
He said it was also a priority to ensure the surface of the Cudgewa and Corryong ovals were of a suitable standard by the opening round.
The playing surface was badly burnt but it's expected to make a full recovery.
