Having been touted as one of the leading contenders for the number one draft pick, Elijah Hollands injured his knee at training on Tuesday night.
A tear to his anterior cruciate ligament has not been confirmed, but the 18-year-old is bracing for the worst on the eve of the season.

The Wodonga export was set to spend the majority of this season with the Murray Bushrangers under-18s, having finished his schooling at Caulfield Grammar last year, where he played the majority of his games in 2019.
