Alpine and Towong shire residents, along with emergency services, have been given priority. Residents must provide proof of identity and address, and can only collect limited tickets.
Towong residents can register for tickets from March 2 to March 5 at Corryong's Upper Murray Recovery Hub, from 9am to 4.30pm and at Towong Shire Council's Tallangatta office from 3.30pm to 5pm.
In Alpine shire, residents can register and collect tickets on Tuesday from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at the Myrtleford Library, the Pavilion in Pioneer Park, Bright, or Harrietville Hall.

On Wednesday residents can access tickets from 11am to 1pm from Mount Hotham and Falls Creek management boards.
Residents need to bring identification to prove where they live. Emergency services will receive information from their respective agencies on how to register interest.
General residents can register their interest through Ticketek.
Successful applications will receive their tickets by email on March 6.
