The squad includes seven Allies and Vic Country academy representatives, including Myrtleford's Dominic Bedendo, Albury's Charlie Byrne, Corowa's Ryan Eyers and injured Wodonga young gun Elijah Hollands.
Six overage prospects have been named.
Talent manager Mick Wilson said it was a difficult task to lock in the final squad.
"The final list was chosen following 12 weeks of intense pre-season training and practice matches, which began back in November," Wilson said.
"Unfortunately, some very talented footballers have missed selection, however the opportunity to play at the highest level will remain open given the varying stages of football development, which is recognised by AFL recruiters."

Ovens and Murray premiers Lavington have and powerhouse Albury have six selections each.
Hollands, who suffered an ACL rupture last week, will remain in both the Murray Bushrangers and Vic Country squads throughout his rehabilitation from a knee reconstruction.
"Following Elijah's surgery, he will be actively involved with the Vic Country academy camps and also assist the Bushrangers with match day support," Wilson said
Bushrangers coach Mark Brown is eagerly looking forward to the start of the season.
"We've seen tremendous commitment from the players and their families throughout the pre-season," he said.
"Now we can focus on preparing for our first match against Gippsland Power which is only three weeks away."
The Murray Bushrangers face Gippsland Power at Sandringham's Trevor Barker Oval Sandringham on March 21.
