The victors received their grand final revenge on rivals Yackandandah at Baranduda on Saturday, after going down to the Roos in last season's decider.
Yackandandah dropped four wickets to post a score of 171 after batting first, with Kiewa chasing down the total with around three overs to spare.
Kiewa skipper Josh Bartel said he was proud of his side's efforts and teamwork on the day.
"I don't think there's too many teams that have come from sixth to win the premiership," Bartel said.
"It's the complete opposite feeling to last year.
"As I said at the end of the game, you (Yackandandah) beat us last year, we beat you this year, and next year it's going to be the tiebreaker."
The newly crowned premiers all donned black arm bands for the clash in memory of Josh and Jason Bartel's grandfather, Mickey, who recently passed away.
The Bartel brothers were still both left standing with the bat as Kiewa reached the winning score of 172, with Josh also taking two wickets.
Kiewa batsmen Josh Warren turned it on for the grand final, racking up 71 runs to help his side to victory.
Warren has been a solid contributor for the side after joining the club halfway through the season.
"He was absolutely amazing," Bartel said.
"He's one of the best batsmen I've seen.
"We're pretty happy to have him around the club, hopefully he stays around."

Coach Ben Curphey and Sean Taylor also contributed with the bat, exceeding 20 runs each.
"Our batting has been pretty solid the last six weeks," Bartel said.
"We had great support from our supporters who showed up and made plenty of noise."
Yackandandah batsmen Cooper Garoni got his side off to a flying start with 81 runs before he was caught out by Bartel.
Youngster Cam Evans was also handy with the bat with 43 runs, while Mick Walker claimed all three wickets for Yackandandah.
The weekend marked Yackandandah's third consecutive grand final appearance, having faced Corowa in the 2017-18 season before meeting Kiewa twice.
They finished the regular season on top of the ladder, making the most of the double chance.
However, the side fell to Kiewa on every meeting since last season's grand final.
Kiewa had a shakier start to the season, not claiming their first win until round six against Corowa, before going on to post nine wins for the home and away season.
Kiewa's CAW District premiership marks their first since taking out the 2015-16 season title.
