NSW Police fined a 61-year-old man on Wednesday at 9.20am, after he travelled from Wangaratta to Corowa to return cans and bottles.
IN OTHER NEWS:
On Thursday, police issued a 24-year-old woman with a $1000 fine for non-essential travel after she travelled from Yarrawonga to the Corowa Return and Earn facility.
Across the state police charged five people under the Public Health Act 2010 (NSW) and issued 25 COVID-19 related Penalty Infringement Notices in 24 hours.
