Toli Kolisnyk will perform the ceremonial song on a trumpet at the front of his home at 6am.
It will be followed by a minute's silence, the ode and Reveille.
His next door neighbours Bob and Kathy Harrison will then perform the Pipers Lament on bagpipes and drums.
The location of their homes, on a hill off Yarralumla Drive, means their service will be heard by many.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"I think the trumpet and bagpipes, especially at that time of the day, should carry pretty well," Mr Kolisnyk said.
"I've done the Dawn Service quite a few times, all over the place.
"We thought we would do our own little thing at home here."
People are being encouraged to stand in their driveway with a torch or candle at 6am on the day.
Mr Kolisnyk said the idea came to him a few weeks ago.
Flyers will be handed out to nearby properties alerting nearby residents and encouraging them to take part.
"It will be good thing for the RSL and the Anzacs," Mr Kolisnyk said.
