The Benambra MP has shared a Coalition online survey on social media, asking parents for their opinion on what measures could be taken to get schools opened again.
The opposition has called on the "government to allow Victorian students to return to school, together with appropriate health safeguards".
"Remote learning cannot continue indefinitely. That's why we're asking for your views about how best to get kids back to school," Mr Tilley said.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has said there would be no easing of coronavirus restrictions, including when it comes to schools, before the state's state of emergency ends on May 11.
