The matter of Isaac James Latcham, 38, of Prune Street, will go before that court on May 19 after an adjournment was granted following an application by his lawyer, Dominic Holles.
Latcham was refused bail in Albury Local Court two months ago over the alleged rape and serious assault on the complainant on the NSW south coast in mid-2017.
He remains in custody.
