Corowa-Rutherglen coach Marc Almond floated the idea amid growing speculation within football circles crowds are more likely to be allowed in NSW before Victoria.
The Victorian Government will announce more COVID-19 news on June 22.
The O and M has four NSW clubs, so given there's five games a weekend, it would mean either Albury, Corowa-Rutherglen, Lavington or North Albury would be required to host a second game every round or the league would source other grounds.

"The facilities at Howlong and Murray Magpies (Urana Road Oval), they're fantastic, and Howlong, in particular, would suit Ovens and Murray," I'Anson said.
If crowds can attend, social distancing will be crucial and big venues would be ideal, although the O and M needs permission from councils.
