Albury-based AWFA clubs have been on the training track in recent weeks, but limited to non-contact drills in groups of 10.
As of July 1, full squad training will be allowed, including training and friendly matches, while all skills and techniques can be used, removing the ban on headers and contact of the ball with hands.
ALSO IN SPORT:
Sharing of equipment is now allowed, but cleaning and disinfectant measures must remain in place.
Clubs now have full access to all of their facilities, but the use of changerooms and wet areas should be limited to players and team staff with thorough cleaning recommended.
Social interactions should be limited to essential activity once training has concluded.
Victorian clubs must wait until at least July 13 to train as normal - a day after the return of the AWFA season.
