The member for Euroa aired the news on Thursday on Facebook, posting two photographs of her and husband Simon Huggins' daughter.
"Between bushfires, a pandemic and the very human cost of the economic challenges we now face, 2020 will be remembered as one of the toughest years of our lives," Ms Ryan wrote.
"But in the middle of all of that, I have been given the most extraordinary gift, with the arrival of our beautiful little girl, Sunday.

Sunday's name is not correlated to her birth day, which was last Friday.
Actress Nicole Kidman gave the name to her daughter, having been inspired by artist Sidney Nolan's muse Sunday Reed.
