The Department of Health and Human Services released the information this morning and Dan Andrews is expected to address the state later today.
On Monday, Victoria reported 116 new cases, its lowest daily tally since early July.
The department said 15 people died of the disease in the 24 hours to Monday.
There is currently only one active case of COVID-19 attributed to the region, with department figures showing one Indigo resident has the disease. It is not known whether the resident is currently in the region as the department refused to release that information.
