A 32-year-old was was stopped for a breath test on the Olympic Highway at Gerogery on Wednesday.
He was fined after police found he didn't have a valid permit to be in NSW.
IN OTHER NEWS:
A 34-year old woman who tried to cross the border at Wodonga Place in Albury was also fined.
She provided a Victorian licence and claimed to be working in NSW, which proved to be false.
