Wagga Tigers won through to the inaugural AFL Riverina Championship by surviving a last quarter fightback from Leeton Whitton in the 11.13 (79) to 11.10 (76) thriller at Wagga's Robertson Oval on Saturday.
O'Hara kicked a goal, but missed part of the last term.
"It's just a corked calf, it got a little bit tight," he said.
"I've had some calf issues on both legs, but I don't think it's anything to do with those calf problems, I haven't felt it all year."
The 32-year-old has suffered a series of soft tissue injuries in his six-year stint with the Albury Tigers in the Ovens and Murray league.
O'Hara is one of four Albury players in the Tigers' AFL Riverina Championship, which is the first of its kind after COVID-19 forced the cancellation of the Riverina and Farrer Football Leagues.
Jim Grills also landed a major, Jake Gaynor worked hard in the midfield, while Albury's 2020 recruit Shaun Driscoll featured in the best off half-back.
"Shaun and (former Wodonga player) Shaun Flanigan both played really well in defence," Gaynor said.
The Crows jumped to a 21-point lead in the second quarter, but the Tigers were able to keep the minor premiers scoreless in the third term.

"It was huge for us, that set our game up to win in the end," Gaynor said.
