That comes with expected imminent pleas of guilty from Giuseppe Gugliandolo and Joshua Daniel Vanderventer.
The men's Sydney-based lawyer, Abbas Soukie, has told Albury Local Court that an agreed set of facts was likely to be ready for the next mention of their matters on September 22.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Mr Soukie told magistrate Richard Funston there would be pleas on some charges, while others would be withdrawn, following ongoing negotiations with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The initial allegations were that Gugliandolo approached a man in Lavington armed with a tomahawk and knife, before forcing him into a house, cutting his wrist with the knife and demanding his car keys.
