It's the lowest daily tally recorded in almost three months.
Seven people died of coronavirus-related causes in that time.
Yesterday 45 new cases were recorded, while Thursday produced a tally of 28.
It comes after 42 cases and eight deaths were recorded Wednesday, 42 new cases were recorded on Tuesday, 35 new cases and seven deaths were recorded on Monday.
Sunday saw 41 cases and seven deaths recorded.
