The Border outfit hammered Wagga City 51-0 in Saturday's preliminary final in Wagga.
The Steamers will now play Leeton in the decider at the same venue on Saturday.
Luke Driver was outstanding in the forwards for the victors, George Woods was superb in the backline, while Seb Benson played a crafty game at scrum-half.
"There wasn't any one player that stood out, the entire team was awesome," captain Sam Seton said.
"Our defence was great. the backline was the same and the forwards were great as well and we still feel like we can improve for next week too."
