Jake Burge's car was in the firing line when the swashbuckling left-hander hit his only six against Albury at North's Bunton Park.
"My car was behind the change rooms," Burge explained.
"As soon as he hit it, I went, 'that's either my car or it's going to be (club president Dale Paddle) Dale's car'.
"I went outside and the ball was in the gutter, I went, 'oh, that's alright', I picked the ball up from the gutter and looked up and my windscreen was all shattered.
"I usually park far enough away that I know the ball isn't going to hit it."
