He did so twice more after landing a two-year, three-month jail term on Wednesday morning.
Callum John Phillip Thomas McLeod was already behind bars serving balance of parole when he appeared in Albury via a video link.

Judge Sean Grant told McLeod he must "take positive steps" to stop using methamphetamine if he seriously wished to stop breaking the law.
"I am satisfied he has expressed genuine remorse for his offending," he said.
McLeod was sentenced on charges of police pursuit, second-offence disqualified driving and two counts of using unauthorised number plates, along with two unrelated charge sequences.
He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months, though the penalty is dwarfed by what has been already been in place.
When he got behind the wheel of his car back in December, McLeod, 39, was serving a ban until July 31, 2044.
Judge Grant noted that defence lawyer Mark Cronin had conceded, in his sentencing submission, that the threshold for jail had crossed in relation to the pursuit.
McLeod was also placed on a two-year community corrections order on charges including resisting police and taking conveyance believed to have been stolen.
The jail term was backdated to April 20, which will have McLeod released on parole - after serving one year and five months in custody - on September 19, 2021.
The court was told that McLeod was seen turning into a service station in Dick Road, Lavington, on December 18 about 7.30am.
They parked their car in front of McLeod's black Volkswagen Golf, but he quickly reversed despite having sighted the officers.
McLeod quickly reached speeds close to 100km/h in what was a 50km/h zone, then up to 120km/h.
He was seen in Kaitlers Road just before 9am, when he "made rude gestures" to the officers.
McLeod evaded police by driving into a reserve next to Murray High School.
