It's been a long wait since March for a Wodonga Little Athletics Centre competition, but things are finally looking on the up for the club, which welcomed the Victorian government announcement of the $45.2 million Active Kids Voucher program this week.
Vice-president Nathan Miller said it's a step towards moving to a level playing field given the stricter COVID-19 rules enforced in Victoria.

"This is an important announcement for Victorians, moreover border clubs who have witnessed members cross the border for reduced registration fees," he said.
After two washouts to start the season, Wodonga little athletes were finally back competing last Saturday.
Wodonga Little Athletics Centre is still accepting registrations for its 2020-21 competition.
