But the Umbrella Health chief executive will lace up his new bright yellow runners next weekend and run 20 kilometres in a yellow tutu as an extra fundraising initiative for the Sunshine Walk.
Mr Cochrane, who is the owner of multiple doctor's clinics, including Wodonga's Daintree Medical Clinic, will then join Team DMC in walking 20 kilometres for the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund.
"The tutu was definitely not my idea," Mr Cochrane said.
"But if I can do something to encourage more people to donate then why not.

"Anything we can to improve the local cancer centre and help patients receive treatment locally is really important."
Umbrella Health purchased Daintree Medical Centre this year, and will open a new Albury-based clinic early next year in the Hamilton building on the corner of David and Hume Streets. The Sunshine Walk is being held virtually on November 22.
