The annual Rutherglen in the City event saw a host of the region's wineries offer a wide variety from pop up cellar doors at QEII Square.
Chantel Woodhead, of Campbells Wines, said it was great to be able to run an event of this nature after the annual Winery Walkabout had to be conducted virtually in June due to COVID-19 restrictions.
"It's definitely a bit different this year. The marquees are a little bit more spread out and we've got seated tasting to kind of keep the crowds under control," Miss Woodhead said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"The Walkabout is a huge source of revenue for every winery, so it was a little bit disappointing, but safety comes first.
"We have a lot of people come to visit from regional Victoria, but it's nice to get people out and about in Albury, especially before Christmas.
"A lot of customers know what they want and come to have our flagship wines like the Bobbie Burns (shiraz), but we're coming to them instead of them coming to us."

Albury's Jessica Madew used the event as a chance to catch up with friends.
"It's nice to have an event on and especially this one because Rutherglen was cut off to us for a while," she said.
"I've definitely been missing the social events. Albury usually has so many of them, so it's been a bit weird."
