Shane Kemp, 25, sang Jingle Bells with the Neighbours star and Masked Singer winner on Saturday during a special party that also included rocker Joe Matera, face painting and a welcome visit from Santa.
The event was the latest special occasion for Mr Kemp, who has Down syndrome, autism and many internal problems with his heart, kidneys, bowel and bladder.
"Over the course of the last 25 years, he's had 26 major operations and he really struggles with his health," his mother Raylene Finnemore said.
"We've nearly lost him a couple of times."
Four years ago, the family was told future treatment options were limited, so a big Christmas party each year that granted a wish became a priority.
A white Christmas and a visit from Batman have been previous highlights and this year's event featured a concert to make up for the live music not possible during the pandemic.

"Shane loves music, it's very therapeutic for him, every year we normally go to lots of concerts," Mrs Finnemore said.
About 70 people attended the function on their property, organised in consultation with Rutherglen police.
"We did everything we were supposed to do under COVID rules," she said.
Anderson proved to be "one of the most down-to-earth people I think anyone will ever meet".
"It was just really nice, she just mingled," Mrs Finnemore said.
"They sang Jingle Bells together a couple of times actually, it was so beautiful and there was such a roar.
"Seeing Shane's excitement and happiness, it was amazing."
Unfortunately Mr Kemp had to be rushed to hospital that night, which his mother linked to his overall health rather than the party itself.
"He thoroughly enjoyed the day, he had a wonderful day and then he just went downhill very quickly," she said.
