VICTORIA is entering its fifth day without new locally-acquired cases of COVID-19.
The state recorded a new internationally-acquired case of the virus on Monday.
A total of 18,660 Victorians received test results in the 24-hours to midnight.

It comes as NSW and Victorian government bicker over border-closure communications.
Yesterday Victoria's Health Minister refuted the NSW Premier's suggestion there was a lack of communication between the states before Victoria introduced a hard border with NSW.
Martin Foley disagreed with Gladys Berejiklian's claim that more conversations needed to be had before the Victorian government made the decision to close the border with its northern neighbours.
