Kevin Michael Kennedy will be sentenced in the District Court in Albury by judge Sean Grant.

NSW Police had charged Kennedy with almost 100 matters, though he was committed for sentence on 23 substantive charges.
These include counts of aggravated break and enter and commit a serious indictable offence, assault with the intention of taking or driving a motor vehicle, police pursuit, receive stolen property, dishonestly obtain property by deception and multiple counts of break and enter in company and steal.
