Launched on Wednesday, Season 2021: Part One features three Australian stories that will uplift, inspire and motivate audiences to find their way home to HotHouse Theatre.
The partial season release, which covers March to June, comprises a new main stage production by HotHouse Theatre, Those Who Fall in Love Like Anchors Dropped Upon the Ocean Floor, and two shows planned for the 2020 season, Mission Songs Project and Breaking The Castle.
Past and present border actors Rachel McNamara, Grace Rouvray and Nick Steain play 10 characters searching for love across multiple times in the season opener on March 17.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Jessie Lloyd will be joined on stage by a choir of Border-based First Nations Community members in Mission Songs Project from May 12.
Breaking the Castle by Peter Cook will be an uplifting and gripping tale of survival and hope from June 15.
HotHouse Theatre artistic director and chief executive Karla Conway welcomed the return of live theatre.
"We are so looking forward to welcoming audiences and particularly our loyal subscribers back to the Butter Factory Theatre," she said.
"The last 12 months have been challenging but we look forward to sharing live theatre with our local community again."
With socially-distanced restrictions reducing capacity in the Butter Factory Theatre, tickets will be at a premium.
HotHouse has introduced allocated seating, allowing patrons to choose their seats when booking tickets.
Subscribers have priority access to seats until the end of February before single tickets go on sale on March 1.
