John Pogmore - also known as John White - appeared in court this week with his brothers Colin and Ricky White.
The trio have admitted to their involvement in the heated altercation.
He took his shirt off, told a man he wanted to fight him, and was forcibly removed.
The 39-year-old and his brothers returned half-an-hour later, this time with a German Shepherd.
Pogmore told a man on the corner of Toole Court and Ritter Road he wanted to fight, causing the man to run back into the home to warn those inside.
There were 10 children and four adults at the gathering, with Colin and Ricky both repeatedly told to leave the property.
The instigator stayed outside with the dog.

They have been in custody since their arrest at the scene early on January 1.
