The game, which was originally set to feature the Riverina Bulls side, will take place at EW Moore Oval on February 20.
Darlington Point Coleambally will host the day, which will act as a relaunch point for Group 20 after the competition was put into recess last season due to the pandemic.
With a number of connections to the NRL club, it was a chance too good to refuse for DPC president Tony Leadbitter.

"Souths got onto us just before Christmas, and since we were the last guys to win Group 20 they asked if we would be interested in pulling a team together," he said.
"A couple of our guys have left the country, a couple have retired, and a couple are injured so to make it work we needed to get all the other Group 20 clubs involved.
"All the clubs have been really good and jumped on board so it will be like a Group 20 invitational team."
South Sydney played Riverina at Albury two years ago and coach Wayne Bennett believes it is important to continue to support the game in the grassroots.
"I think it's hugely important that we promote the game in the bush because the bush delivers so many great footballers for the elite game at all clubs," Bennett said.
"It's an important game in our preparation for the season and we're all looking forward to coming down there and meeting the fans in Griffith and the surrounding towns."
The main game is set to take place at 7pm.
