Six goals from Leah Dodd and five from Bree Poole helped Sharks to a 13-11 victory in a catch up game on Saturday.
Tigers' Lucy McInnes scored five to keep her side in the game, with Kira Dawson also dangerous in attack.
The Sharks then defeated the Tigers 8-6 in another tough contest on Sunday.
Dodd and Phebe McLeod both scored three goals in the clash, while Danielle Cale scored two for Tigers.
Sharks goal keeper Belinda Rixon played her first A-grade game since claiming a premiership in 1998, while Rachel Winterton was a welcomed inclusion in Saturday's game.

Cat Pratt and Laura Power were both vital in Tigers' attack in the second clash.
Saturday's other match saw Pool Pirates account for Northside's development team.
Bec Madew and Shaneika Parnell showed improvement, while Jenny Farrington was strong as goal keeper for Northside.
Annie Lefoe and Tilly Smith were best in the pool for Pirates.
In the men's competition, Tigers defeated Sharks 12-8.
Mitchell Dempsey best for Tigers, while Jimmy Scannell was strong early before fouls saw him out of the game.
James O'Brien was best for Sharks with three goals.
Northside also accounted for Pool Pirates 7-5.
Tyson Mutsch starred with four goals, while Pirates' goal keeper Steven Sloan kept his side in the match.
There was no junior games this week due to the Tri State Championships in Geelong.
