Saturday's NRL pre-season trial is set to kick-start one of the season's great selection debates.
Melbourne Storm boasts New Zealand international Brandon Smith and 2020 Rookie of the Year Harry Grant with both players vying for the hooking role.
Grant has been named at hooker, while Smith will come off the bench for the clash against Newcastle Knights at the Albury Sportsground.
It's the only trial for both teams, with Storm meeting South Sydney in the season opener on March 11, while the Knights are home to the Bulldogs the following night.
