Kaye Leanne Ferguson, 58, who was a financial officer with the club, is accused of transferring more than $1.1 million to multiple offshore bank accounts.
Police allege the offences took place between December 2020 and January 2021.
Ferguson appeared for a brief mention of the matter in Corowa Court on Wednesday, facing 27 counts of dishonestly obtain financial advantage by deception.
The police investigation started when the club reported anomalies in its financial records to police.
Ferguson was arrested and taken to Mulwala police station on February 2.
She remains on bail and is due back before the court on May 19.
